my swampy painting is finished! that wall really needed something :)
This character belongs to swampy, an anonymous graffiti artist from Oakland CA who illegally sneaks onto freight trains and travels all over north america for months at a time. He paints this character in places that wouldn’t be intrusive, like in abandoned buildings, on rooftops, skate parks, and other interesting places. I have actually come across one he drew on a sign post while I was hiking in Fremont.
He’s one of my favorite artists, maybe one day I’ll take a vagabond trip and meet him, and we will travel and draw everywhere!
